Series to feature shapeshifter and pop culture fan

The upcoming Marvel series, She-Hulk (Woman-Hulk) is looking for an actress to live the character A’Dood. According to a new report from The Illuminerdi, the character is described as a woman in her twenties and thirties, with transfiguration skills and a strong passion for pop culture.

The portal claims that A’Dood uses his powers to gain fame and success and that he will be featured in two episodes of the series.

From this, it is assumed that A’Dood is actually a codename for the character Jazinda, which is taken from the comics of The Hulk Woman. Jazinda is a Skrull who runs away to Earth and ends up befriending Jennifer Walters. That, of course, would make perfect sense in the narrative already established by the MCU.

The Skrulls are featured in several recent franchise productions, including Captain Marvel, Spider-Man: Away from Home, and WandaVision. Therefore, it wouldn’t be strange if the Hulk-Woman had a connection to this alien race, which will certainly have a fundamental role in Captain Marvel 2 and the Secret Invasion series.

She-Hulk will star Emmy winner Tatiana Maslany and star Mark Rufallo, reprising her role as the Hulk. Production of the series is expected to begin shortly.
