Undefeated Thai teenager Pongsiri Mitsatit is set to return to the cage at Full Metal Dojo 6: ‘For Those About to Rock…’. The event is set for the Insanity Nightclub on 22 August and will see the top strawweight prospect looking to improve on his 4-0 record.

The identity of Mitsatit’s opponent has yet to be revealed but the event will be FMD’s sixth in Thailand. In total there will be 10 fights on a card which will consist primarily of Thai fighters, with a few foreigners thrown in for good measure.

FMD will also crown its first ever champion, with two Thai bantamweights set to go head to head for the organisation’s 135 lbs crown in the main event.

The card will also feature Chamlong Charaem who is coming off an impressive second round stoppage win over TUF veteran and MIMMA Season 1 winner Allen Chong.

As always events will be conducted by the multilingual Mark Abbott alongside charismatic FMD promoter Jon Nutt and organizers are expecting a record turnout after switching from a venue on the outskirts of Bangkok to one right in the city centre.

Insanity Nightclub is a stone’s throw from the Asoke Interchange, a famous junction which divides the city’s busiest road. The surrounding area contains numerous bars, restaurants and shopping malls meaning that FMD 6 will be much more visible than previous cards the promotion has put on in Bangkok have been.
