The new season opens in March!
My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia, for purists) is one of the most popular shonen anime of recent times, which already has four very successful seasons with a fifth on the way. Now a new New Year art has been released showing its main heroes.
With the League of Villains becoming more and more powerful, with a resource capable of permanently nullifying individualities in their hands, the superhero community finds itself in big trouble. Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki and the other 1-A students will have great challenges to overcome. They’re the ones who appear in a new official art for the fifth season, which was posted on Twitter.
In addition to the three characters already mentioned, the image also shows Jiro, Kaminari, Kirishima and Uraraka, who seem ready to take on any villain who dares to disturb the peace. Check-out:
The new season will begin with another ‘training arc’, in which students in Class 1-A will have to form teams with Class 1-B, which has so far been little explored in the anime. In addition, the next episodes should also show the growing danger posed by the League of Villains. So, anxious?
My Hero Academia returns with new episodes on the 27th. In Brazil, the series is available through Crunchyroll, Funimation and on the Loading channel, with dubbing in Portuguese.
