The next stop in a massive second half of 2016 for ONE Championship is Myanmar, where recently crowned strawweight champion Yoshitaka Naito will defend his belt for the first time against undefeated Filipino contender Joshua Pacio in the main event.

In May this year, Naito pulled off a massive upset to finish Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke and claim the strawweight world championship.

Yangon has proved to be a promising market for ONE and the promotion’s return to Thuwunna Indoor Stadium for “State of Warriors”, will see Myanmar national hero Aung La N Sang return home to face Polish powerhouse Michal Pasternak in a massive bout for the middleweight division.

Local Lethwei experts will also take to the cage alongside and details are likely to emerge soon.

The past few months have been jam packed for ONE, with title defenses in multiple weight divisions.

In addition to the strawweight, lightweight world champion Shinya Aoki will defend his title against Eduard Folayang at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 11 November.
