TRAINING HARD THIS WEEKEND, OR HARDLY TRAINING? EITHER WAY THIS SMOOTHIE RECIPE WILL YOU GET STARTED.

After some trail (and error) here’s our recipe for a super tasty, protein packed, fruit smoothie. They’re easy to make, delicious and moderate in calories, making them perfect post-workout meals.

OUR TIP

Find the best ingredients you can and while it’s nice to go full organic, we’ve found that fresh, good quality fruit from you local grocer can be just as effective – and save you some cash.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 handful of nuts, blueberries, 1 ripe banana, 1 egg, coconut water, protein milk, ice, strawberries and a good blender. Other optional, but equally as good ingredients, can include unflavored gelatin – an excellent source of protein and great for joint care. A pinch of ground cinnamon for extra flavor. Premium flaxseed – a natural source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

To make, it’s quite simple, mix all your contents into a blender, add in a good splash of JAX Coconut Water and Muscle Milk for an extra dash of protein, blend and enjoy.
